Now there's a digital fitness test for Swiss bankers

skillaware launches a tool for self-reflection. This allows all bank employees to test themselves anonymously and online and assess how fit they are in 16 different interdisciplinary skills.

The banking sector's social partners is presenting a special digital fitness test for all bank employees. However, this is not about physical fitness, but about how fit employees are in different areas of expertise. In view of digitisation and rapidly changing framework conditions, more and more skills are needed in the banking sector that go beyond specialist expertise. The competence check therefore offers 80 questions on 16 different interdisciplinary skills or basic competences. The anonymous questionnaire provides a clear final report and is intended to encourage self-reflection . All of this runs under the name "skillaware" - Fit for the banking world. skillaware aims to sensitize employees across hierarchical levels to the continuous development of their skills. The results of the self-reflection can be used for discussion with the employer or a career coach. The initiative is seen as a milestone in the social partnership of banking sector .
