The questionnaire covers reflection questions on 16 important interdisciplinary competencies. It was developed with bank representatives and competency experts.

A step-by-step guide
By clicking on " Startquestionnaire " you will be forwarded directly to the tool. There you answer a series of reflection questions just for yourself. At the end you will receive a comprehensive report. You can decide for yourself whether you want to enter your e-mail address or not. We recommend that you enter your e-mail address so that you receive a personal link and can access your report and all functions at any time.
Also good to know:
Understand the review and subsequent training of your competences as a learning process that keeps you moving forward. The self-reflection gives you the particular advantage of being able to analyze your personal progress over time. How do you do this? By repeating the questionnaire at regular intervals. This allows you to easily compare your results with each other. You can see at a glance where you have improved your competence fitness and where you can further exploit your development potential.
Additional function: external feedback
While you're at it: Take advantage of our new function, the "external feedback".
It is often useful to compare your own assessment with feedback from others. What do your colleagues think about your ability to work in a team? What particular strengths and development potential does your team lead associate you with? How would friends rate your competence fitness?
To do this, call up your report again. Select in the upper part: Order external image free of charge. A link will then be sent to you by e-mail. To ensure the anonymity of your feedback providers, you must send the link to at least 3 people of your choice. Once everyone has completed the feedback questionnaire, you will see a summary of the rating in your personal report. We use a shortened questionnaire for external feedback . Your contacts must therefore allow approx. 10 minutes to complete it.
