Throughout her career, Valerie Cocatrix has developed relationship skills that are in line with her human values, characterized by fairness, respect for others and the environment, thanks to her openness and convincing optimism.
Valérie is a recognized expert in career transition and assessment. She is a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and was selected as a career coach by skillaware, a Swiss initiative to develop the skills of bank employees.
During her career at a large international bank, Valérie managed projects and teams in various areas such as sales, internal audit and risk management. Her private connections to the business world enabled her to work in various European countries, including Greece and the US, which furthered her Multiculturalism and developed a real ability to build and maintain various high quality networks.
Valerie joined pdp in 2012 after working in real estate finance in Boston for four years. Based on her professional and life experiences, she decided to pursue coaching and shares her knowledge in the areas of competence development, management selection assessments, change and strategy management.
