About SOULWORXX

SOULWORXX accompanies, moderates, trains and coaches. And this in three different business areas!

Our first business area is called "innovation". Here we plan and moderate innovation workshops, set up improved innovation processes and structures together with our clients and provide support in the "cultural transformation" towards an improved innovation culture.

This often leads to an adjustment of structures, processes and strategies. This is why our second business area is called "Corporate and organizational development".

All of these changes should be planned and supported in a systematic and structured manner. And this is exactly what we do in our third business area "Change Management". And we like to do this with our specially developed playful "CHANGE PLAYKIT".

We work with a huge backpack of methods. We like user-centered methods such as Design Thinking. Or visual methods such as sketchnoting and collages. Or playful work within the large SERIOUS PLAY toolbox.
