About loops

In order to be fit for our professional future in the midst of the digital transformation, we all need to continuously develop and keep up with the times. However, the older we get, the less we sometimes know how to do this - not least because there is a lack of opportunities to try things out, change careers and network. With Loopings, we at the non-profit Neustarter Foundation companies motivate people to implement forward-looking working, learning and career models for older people and support people over 45 in taking their professional future into their own hands.

  • Loopings Studio: In the Loopings Studio, we work on forward-looking projects. On the one hand, we run think tanks, and on the other, we conduct practical experiments to finally close the theory-practice gap and test and evaluate the suitability of new models and programs ourselves and make the results available to the public.
  • Knowledge: Relevant information on "Career development 45+" is summarized on loopings.ch - both for employers and private individuals.
  • The Loopings magazine publishes current articles, interviews and commentaries on the topic.
  • Events & Community: The Events section lists events with a connection to our working world 45+ topic area.
  • Loopings map: The Switzerland-wide map provides an overview of existing offers from other organizations - both for employers and employees.
  • consultationIn addition to the resources available at platform , Loopings advises organizations in the areas of attitude and goal setting and strategy development relating to generation management, location assessments and further training older employees. We also support the implementation of selected training programs for employees 45+.
