About IG Ops

We are an association of representatives from a wide range of banks and training and development experts. In 2020, we decided to work together for the development of Banking Operations and the back-office area in banks. Since 2023, the interest group has also been part of the Skillylog association. This is committed to pilot projects in the area of competence development .

Our mission

Working together and networking to support the specialist area Banking Operations into a successful future.

Our goals

We focus on sensitizing employees and managers to the upcoming transformation of the specialist area. What impact will changes have on Job profiles, skills profiles, collaboration, culture and organizational structures? We want to create clarity about this.

In cooperation with partners from our network, we provide appropriate information to help raise awareness of these issues.
