About Helene Ducret

As a trainer for professional and organizational development, Hélène Ducret has extensive experience in international banking, training management and project management. She is accredited as a Senior Practitioner Coach with the EMCC, the European Coaching and Mentoring Council, and trains managers and executives in the coaching approach and style.
Her motto: All success lies in the quality of your relationship with yourself and others.
Mission: With her optimistic and communicative nature, Hélène helps individuals and teams in career transition to adapt more easily to the high demands of today's working world.
Strengths: As a talented linguist, Hélène speaks French, English and German. Thanks to her Swiss German, she is part of various projects for the examination board for higher professional examinations in finance and controlling. She enthusiastically moderates the leadership and communication program for future certified experts in French-speaking Switzerland and designs training programs for companies on request.
Commitment: For many years, Hélène led a national association for the social support of parents with a child suffering from ADD/ADHD (attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder). Today, she offers psychoeducational consultation for parents and ADHD coaching in her private practice or online.
