Dr. Franca Denise Burkhardt is more than just an expert in change management - for her, it's a way of life. With a Ph.D. in Organizational Studies and Cultural Theory from the University of St. Gallen, she is ideally equipped to tackle seemingly unsolvable tasks and design innovative solutions.

Her academic journey has taken her through prestigious universities, from Geneva to Fribourg, where she obtained a Master's degree in Political Science and Public Policy Analysis and a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Sociology and Psychology .

Burkhardt is an advocate of organizational change and innovation support. Her focus is on organizational development, coaching individuals and teams, and conducting competency evaluations and assessments. She uses qualitative research methods and confident interviewing to gain in-depth insights. This is important because every client is different. Every client deserves a tailor-made solution package.

Beyond her professional facets, she enjoys sharing her time with animal companions and is inspired by the sounds of classic rock.
