Artificial intelligence

We are delighted to have two exciting experts on board. Prof. Leif Brandes from the University of Lucerne and Judith Eberl from our skillaware network will take a closer look at the topic with us. Among other things, we will look at what companies should consider when tackling the topic, what pitfalls there may be, how to overcome fears of contact and introduce employees to digital helpers.

Skills shortage

In particular, we would like to introduce you to a project from the skillaware network that is close to our hearts. The project focuses on an innovative and integrative approach to career counseling. Participation is intended to enable women to re-enter working life more quickly, with more self-confidence and motivation. Background to the project: There are a large number of qualified women in Switzerland. However, a large proportion of them stay out of the labor market for too long. There can be various reasons for this. A large potential of skilled workers is therefore lying idle. Career coach and career consultant Caroline Schultheiss will tell us more about this.
